What is THCa?

THCa, or tetrahydrocannabinolic acid, is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid found in raw cannabis plants. Unlike THC, THCa does not produce intoxicating effects, technically.

Is it legal?

Thanks to the 2014 Farm Bill and its subsequent updates in the 2018 Farm Bill, hemp-derived products, including those containing THCa, are legal in the United States.

This legislation recognizes hemp as an agricultural commodity and allows for the cultivation, processing, and sale of hemp and its derivatives, provided they contain no more than 0.3% THC on a dry weight basis.

Experience the transformative power of THCa with our range of premium hemp consumables. Whether you prefer edibles, concentrates or smokeables, our products are crafted with care to deliver the purest form of THCa and its associated benefits.
